Scope

These terms cover the website and the apps published by Wylscon. Installing and using the app means you accept them.

Use

• The app is for personal use and is free. There is no paid subscription and no in-app purchase; the revenue comes from ads.
• You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, in a way that violates the rights of others, or in a way that disrupts the service.
• Reverse engineering the app and sending automated or excessive requests to our servers are not permitted.

Accuracy of the content

Place information (location, opening hours, phone) comes from third-party sources such as OpenStreetMap and Geoapify. It may be incomplete or out of date. Translations are machine translations and can contain mistakes.

In an emergency, do not rely on the hospital, police station and consulate information in the app on its own; call the official emergency numbers.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from its use. This does not remove the rights you have under consumer law.

Account

Most of the app requires an account; without one you can use the place list and camera translation. Most settings are tied to the account as well; the account, privacy and permissions, and about sections are always open. An account may be suspended if it is used against these rules. You can delete your account whenever you want.
